A "soldier for life," retired U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Hank Stratman praised about 200 volunteers who participated Saturday in Wreaths for Heroes as patriots.
He recognized the Naval Sea Cadets who presented the colors during a Wreaths for Heroes ceremony as the future defenders of the United States.
