Long-time Samaritan Center worker takes second retirement

Jackie Lou Matthews is retiring ... again.

After 22 years at Samaritan Center, her last day, technically, is Dec. 31.

But thanks to taking some accrued vacation and personal time, she completed her final shift as the nonprofit's client services coordinator on Tuesday.
