A Jefferson City woman was injured Sunday morning when the car she was driving crashed in Cole County.
Dolores E. Poehlein, 77, was transported to University Hospital in Columbia with moderate injuries following the 9:30 a.m. wreck, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report.
She was driving a 2011 Toyota Camry southbound in the 4900 block of Woodhaven Drive when it traveled off the right side, struck a curb, returned to the roadway and traveled off the left side, striking a mailbox, tree, lawn mower and a parked car before overturning.
The patrol states she was wearing a seat belt.
