A Rocky Mount man died Saturday in a crash in Miller County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
James Hummer Jr., 64, of Rocky Mount, was driving a 2021 Harley Davidson Road Glide Special motorcycle southbound on Route W when he lost control exiting a curve and traveled off the right side of the roadway.
Hummer's motorcycle was overturned and he was pronounced dead at the scene shortly before 11 a.m. Hummer was not utilizing a safety device.
