After about 10 years on High Street, The Snob Shop Exchange is reopening at a new Jefferson City location Jan. 15.
Originally at 211 E. High St., the consignment shop is relocating to 1404B Missouri Blvd., next to JC Health Foods in Jefferson Plaza.
Owner Nikki Payne said she decided to move to the new location because it's bigger and includes a parking lot.
"Parking is a big issue," she said.
With the bigger location comes a wider selection: clothing for all seasons will be left out year-round, and there will be a wider variety of new items, including earrings at the store's new earring bar.
The store is currently closed as Payne sets up at the new place, but you can still make an appointment to exchange gently used clothing and accessories by calling 573-319-2181.
