COLUMBIA -- The Thomas Jefferson seventh-grade girls team ended its season Thursday night with a 44-36 loss to John Warner in the third-place game of the Smithton Middle School Tournament.
Thomas Jefferson ends the season with a 7-7 record and a fourth-place finish in the tournament.
The Lady Patriots were led by Ava McReynolds’ 14 points and Bella Knipp chipped in nine.
Thomas Jefferson picked up a 43-8 win Wednesday night against Lewis and Clark to advance to the third-place game.
