The Helias Crusaders picked up their first Central Missouri Activities Conference dual win of the season Tuesday, sweeping the Hickman Kewpies 9-0 at the Crusader Athletic Complex.
Ethan Foucheaux collected an 8-1 victory in the No. 1 singles match, Andrew Dowden won 9-7 in the No. 2 match, Jacob Zerr won the No. 3 match 8-2, Matt Schepers was a forfeit winner in the No. 4 match, Caleb Mueller was an 8-2 winner in the No. 5 match and Matthew Liebsch picked up an 8-0 win in the No. 6 match.
Foucheaux and Zerr were 8-1 winners in the No. 1 doubles match, Dowden and Schepers won 8-5 in the No. 2 match and Mueller and Liebsch collected an 8-1 victory in the No. 3 doubles match.
Heilas (7-1, 1-1 CMAC) continues conference play with today’s dual at Sedalia Smith-Cotton.
