Fall festival set for Saturday at Missouri Governor's Garden

Gov. Mike Parson and first lady Teresa Parson plan to host the second Parson Family Fall Festival from 10 a.m.-noon Saturday at the Missouri Governor's Garden, according to a news release.

The event is set to feature more than a dozen vendors - with fall treats including caramel apples, fresh apple cider and kettle corn as well as activities such as a children's train ride, straw bale maze, caramel apple station, photo booth, "pumpkin bowling" and pumpkin decorating, and bluegrass musical entertainment by The Kay Brothers and The Burney Sisters.

Expected vendors include groups and state or academic departments dedicated to agriculture, conservation, tourism, recreation, health or animal sciences, in addition to Elderwood Kettle Corn, Magic House and Ozarks Mountain Creamery.
