HARTSBURG, Mo. - Jarod Steinbeck was the medalist to lead the Blair Oaks Falcons to a fourth-place finish in the Tri-County Conference Tournament on Wednesday at Eagle Knoll Golf Course.
School of the Osage won the team title with a 334. Eldon came in second with a 365 with California (366), Blair Oaks (371) and Versailles (439) rounding out the top five. Southern Boone was sixth with a 450 and Warsaw finished seventh at 521.
Steinbeck shot a 76 to win the tournament. Jake Closser was also all-conference by finishing eighth with an 85. Jon Bott (103) and Brady Kicker (107) rounded out the Falcons' team score. Ben Branum also shot a 114 for Blair Oaks, which hosts Southern Boone, Versailles and Russellville today at Oaks Hills Golf Center.
