FAYETTE - Central Methodist middle blocker Madison Bond led the Eagles in kills during two of their five wins Friday and Saturday in the CMU Tournament.
Bond (Jefferson City High School), a junior, tied for the team lead with 10 kills Friday in a 25-12, 25-20, 25-9 win against Hannibal-LaGrange. On Saturday against Stephens College, Bond also tied for the team lead with 11 kills in a 25-16, 30-32, 25-10, 25-16 win.
Bond ranks second on the Eagles with 291 kill in 35 matches this season. She also has 111 blocks and 56 digs.
Central Methodist (32-3) will host Baker on Tuesday.
