College Football: Young snags another INT

MARYVILLE - Northwest Missouri State senior safety Jack Young got an interception for the third time in four games Saturday in the Bearcats' 35-0 win against Harding in the NCAA Division II quarterfinals.

Young (Jefferson City High School) intercepted a pass from Harding quarterback Park Parish in the third quarter for his sixth interception this season. He is tied for 10th place in interceptions at the Division II level.

Young also had three assisted tackles and 0.5 tackle for loss against Harding.

Northwest Missouri State (13-0), ranked No. 1 in Division II, will host Ferris State (12-2) on Saturday in the semifinals.
