LEE'S SUMMIT, Mo. - The Jefferson City Lady Jays finished in a tie at 1 with the Lee's Summit Tigers in the final game of the Lee's Summit Tournament on Thursday.
Lee's Summit took the title in the event in a tiebreaker against Jefferson City. Both teams finished the three-game event with 1-0-2 records.
Eden Hoogveld scored Jefferson City's goal in the second half Thursday.
Jefferson City (1-1-2) is back in action next Thursday in its home opener against Fatima.
