As if the game didn't have enough going for it already, tonight's boys basketball game between Helias and Jefferson City will feature two teams looking for a bounceback win.
Helias (11-3) and Jefferson City (8-7) both lost their last time out, meaning the game at Rackers Fieldhouse will have some extra incentive for each side.
Action gets underway with a freshman game at 4:45 p.m., meaning the junior varsity contest should follow around 6:15 p.m. The varsity game will tentatively start at 7:45 p.m.
The last time the Crusaders played, they were the top-ranked team in Class 4, but that was before a 60-46 loss Friday at Rolla, the fourth-ranked team in Class 4. That snapped a seven-game winning streak for Helias.
Jefferson City, meanwhile, is coming off a 61-55 overtime loss to Pacific, the ninth-ranked team in Class 4, on Sunday in the MFA-Oil Break Time Shootout at Mizzou Arena.
