CALIFORNIA, Mo. - Paced by Jaden Barr's 27 points, California defeated Mexico 65-58 on Saturday to win the California Tournament and remain undefeated.
The Pintos led 15-14 after one quarter but trailed 34-30 at the half and 46-45 after three quarters before outscoring the Bulldogs 20-12 in the fourth.
Eli Freeman scored 11 points for the Pintos, and Landon Mouse had 10.
California (11-0) hosts School of the Osage on Tuesday.
