Missouri State shuts out North Dakota 38-0

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (AP) - Kierra Harris threw for three touchdowns and ran in another to lead Missouri State to a 38-0 win over North Dakota on Saturday night.

Harris was 11 of 16 for 149 yards and spread the ball around in the shutout, hitting Willis Chambers for a 37-yard touchdown, LeMarcus Stewart for a 40-yard TD and Gannon Sinclair for a 5-yarder.

Cecil Bratton recovered a fumble in the end zone to give Missouri State (2-1) its first score after North Dakota's Joe Mollberg was sacked by Sean Bernard and lost the ball. Marcelo Bonani had a career-long 49-yard field goal.

North Dakota (1-2) was outgained 384 to 166 in the loss, and pushed as far as the Missouri State 35 in the third quarter before the drive ended with an interception.

Mollberg was 9 of 24 for 70 yards passing and two interceptions, Adam Shaugabay had 52 yards rushing on 19 carries.
