The driver was able to climb out of her car on her own after it rolled over along Jefferson Street on Tuesday afternoon.
Jefferson City police report a Ford Taurus driven by Whitney D. Womack, 23, was traveling southbound in the 1200 block of Jefferson Street around 4:12 p.m. when it started skidding in a curve. The vehicle struck the curb and drove up an embankment where it rolled over onto its roof.
Womack, who was wearing a seatbelt during the crash, told police she was not injured.
