Custody decided as police look for Missouri woman

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (AP) - The 5-year-old triplets of a missing Cape Girardeau woman will stay with her sister and brother-in-law while police continue searching for her.

Thirty-nine-year-old Jacque Waller was last seen on June 1 near her estranged husband's home. Her husband, Clay Waller, has been called a person of interest but no charges have been filed. The couple was in the midst of a divorce.

An investigator said during a hearing Tuesday that Clay Waller is no longer cooperating with authorities. Waller has said he and his wife argued and she left the house.

Her father, Stan Rawson, says the family does not believe Jacque Waller is still alive. A prayer service is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Farmington High School, where she graduated.
