Students, others gather at new Lutheran high school to add personal touch to

Calvary Lutheran High School supporters on Sunday signed the drywall of the school's new building near Jefferson City to express their excitement for the new school and give well wishes to its 52 students.

Some of the several dozen people who attended also said the event served as a time capsule and a way to bless the new school building. Many of the attendees were members of Trinity, Faith or Grace Lutheran churches, but the event was open to the public.

Several students who attended Sunday's event said they were looking forward to the more spacious location.
