Mr. and Mrs. Althoff have four children: Lance Edward Althoff and his wife Angela Althoff, California; Davin Tate Althoff and his wife Elizabeth Althoff, California; Lisa Brooke Simmons and her husband Kelvin Simmons, Parkville; and Landon Ross Althoff and his wife Marci Althoff, Glendale. They also have 12 grandchildren: Bradley Murphy, Nicholas Althoff, Alayna Butts, Collin Althoff, Avery Simmons, Madelyn Butts, Benton Althoff, Carly Althoff, Emma Althoff, Eva Althoff, Ethan Althoff, and Owen Althoff.
