Mr. and Mrs. Mark Toomey, Jefferson City, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a family trip at a later date. Mark Toomey and Jeannine Hall were married June 28, 1970, at United Methodist Church, Tuscola, Ill. The late Rev. Kenneth McConkey officiated. They were attended by Esther (Skinner) Boyer, Greer, S.C.; Mardena (Bridges) Michelson, Davis, Calif.; Carol Smalley, Villa Grove, Ill.; Debbie (Hewitt) Cockrell, Vienna, Va.; Greg Skinner, Pass Christian, Miss.; Doug McCumber, deceased; Richard Lindsey, deceased; and John Lassiter, Carbondale, Ill. Mr. and Mrs. Toomey have two children: Bevin Stokes (Toomey) and her husband Brandon Stokes, Burgaw, N.C.; and Grant Toomey.
