Brooke Alison Marshall and Phillip Milton Glass, both of St. Peters, were married at 2 p.m., October 29, 2016, at St. Peter's Catholic Church, Jefferson City. Father James Gahan performed the double-ring ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Robert and Shirley Geiser, Jefferson City; David Marshall, Lee's Summit; and the late Jackie Marshall. The groom is the son of Keith and Cheryl Glass, St. Charles. Given in marriage by David Marshall, the bride wore a fit-and-flare lace and embellished tulle gown with a golden underlay, beading, scalloped v-neck, plunging back and crystal buttons. She completed her ensemble with a chapel-length veil edged with matching lace embellishments. She carried a bouquet of teal, purple, gold and silver antique brooches surrounded by royal purple ribbon. The honor attendant was Kinga Kiss-Johnson, Alexandria, Va., friend of the bride. The attendants were Elizabeth Suh, Springfield, friend of the bride; Lynne Schenk, Saddlebrook, friend of the bride; and Ashlei Woelk, Springfield; friend of the bride. They wore floor-length, V-neck, chiffon gowns in teal with cascading ruffles and a satin belt. The best man was Keith Glass Jr., Valley Park, brother of the groom. The groomsmen included Tim Kuehnle, Topeka, Kan., friend of the groom; Charles Kreienheder, St. Charles, friend of the groom; and Josh Umfleet, Milwaukee, Wis., brother-in-law of the groom. The flower girl was Mikayla Chick, daughter of Mike and Suzy Chick, Raymore, niece of the bride. The ring bearer was Michael Glass, son of Keith and Katy Glass, Valley Park, nephew of the groom. The candlelighter was Laura Umfleet, Milwaukee, Wis., sister of the groom. The ushers were Mike Chick, Raymore, brother of the bride, and Matt Chick, Jefferson City, brother of the bride. The organist was Lisa Fender, Jefferson City. The vocalist was Amy Pringer, Jefferson City, along with Harmonia Strings, Jefferson City. The lectors were Shirley Geiser, Jefferson City, mother of the bride, and Cheryl Glass, St. Charles, mother of the groom. Offertory was presented by Kinga Kiss-Johnson, Alexandria, Va., friend of the bride, and Keith Glass Jr., Valley Park, brother of the groom. A dinner and dance reception followed the ceremony at Doubletree Inn by Hilton, Jefferson City. A rehearsal dinner, hosted by the groom's parents, was held October 28, 2016, at Ria's Restaurant and Lounge, Jefferson City. The bride is a 2000 graduate of California High School, California, and a 2005 graduate of Missouri State University, Springfield, with an International Business degree. She is a Quality Control Analyst for Scottrade Bank. The groom is a 1999 graduate of Duchesne High School, St. Charles, and a 2004 graduate of University of Missouri-Science and Technology, Rolla, with degrees in Computer Engineering and Computer Science. He is a Software Engineer for Boeing. After a wedding trip to Moorea, French Polynesia, the couple resides in St. Peters.
