Kaitlin Frank, Holts Summit, and Steven Kempker, Henley, were married at 1 p.m., May 21, at St. Andrews Catholic Church, Holts Summit. Father Joseph Corel performed the double-ring ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Robert and Kristie Frank, Holts Summit. The groom is the son of Jerry and Mary Kempker, Henley. Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore an ivory gown with alencon lace adorning the strapless drop waist with fitted bodice. The lace flowed from the waist down to top the tulle ballgown skirt. A wide band of lace encircled the hem and chapel-length train. The bride completed her ensemble with a cathedral-length veil topped with an elbow-length veil, both edged in lace. She carried a round bouquet of white hydrangeas, deep purple flowering stock and pink roses. The honor attendant was Jordyn Brondel, St. Martins, friend of the bride. The attendants were Kristen Wondell, Russellville, friend of the bride; Laura Neislein, Albany, friend of the bride; Erin Owenby, Warrenton, friend of the bride; Kelsey Kempker, Eugene, sister-in-law of the groom; Sarah Cox, Columbia, cousin of the bride; and Elisabeth Frank, Holts Summit, niece of the bride. They wore short A-line lace dresses in eggplant with a V-neckline and illusion back. The best man was Lance Smith, Henley, cousin of the groom. The groomsmen included: Jerry Kempker, Eugene, brother of the groom; Matt Kempker, Eugene, brother of the groom; Kaleb Mormann, Colorado Springs, Colo., friend of the groom; Matt Hahn, Eugene, friend of the groom; Eric Ahart, Henley, cousin of the groom; and Joseph Frank Jr., Longview, Texas, nephew of the bride. The flower girl was Audrey Ahart, daughter of Ross and Carrie Ahart, Henley, cousin of the groom. The ring bearer was Jackson Scheperle, son of Alan and Rania Scheperle, Lohman, godson of the couple. The candlelighters were Alexis Angerer, Brazito, niece of the groom, and Brenden Kempker, Eugene, nephew of the groom. The ushers were Dane Beisemeyer, Springfield, cousin of the bride, and Ross Ahart, Henley, cousin of the groom. The Mass servers were Olivia Angerer, Brazito, and Layne Kempker, Eugene. The lectors were Jessica Wise, Henley, cousin of the groom, and Kelly Angerer, Brazito, sister of the groom. Offertory was presented by Kathie Redel, Jefferson City, godmother of the bride, and Chuck Angerer, Brazito, brother-in-law of the groom. A dinner and dance reception followed the ceremony at Our Lady of the Snows School. A rehearsal dinner, hosted by the groom's parents, was held May 20 at St. Andrews Catholic Church. The bride is a 2010 graduate of Jefferson City High School, Jefferson City; a 2014 graduate of the University of MO-Columbia with a Bachelors of Science in Agriculture Education; and a 2016 graduate of the University of MO-Columbia with a Masters of Science in Agriculture Education. She is a high school teacher at Otterville R-VI School District. The groom is a 2008 graduate of Cole R-V High School, Eugene. He is a Service Technician with Jefferson City Coca-Cola. After a wedding trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple resides in California.
