R. Blaine Hill

R. Blaine Hill, 77, of Farmington, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, October 24, 2013, at Southbrook Skilled Nursing Center in Farmington. He was born on June 14, 1936, in Potosi, Missouri, the son of Amos and Marple (Wilson) Hill, both of whom preceded him in death. He was married to Fay Dee of Mineral Point and they had three daughters, Donna Stockman who preceded him in death, Peggy Crawford of Bella Vista, Ark. and Melinda Roll and her husband Gordon of Overland Park, Kan. He has one granddaughter, Lauren Crawford and her husband Jared Mohrman of Lawrence, Kan. He is also survived by brothers, Don Hill of Potosi; Gordon Hill of Bolivar, Mo. and Ron Hill of Potosi, Mo. He was preceded in death by brother, Merle Hill and sisters, Naomi DeClue and Marguerite Bays. Blaine lived in Farmington the last several years and was recently preceded in death by his beloved dog, Max. Private memorial plans are pending.
