Herbert "Bo" Joseph Willmeno Sr.

Herbert "Bo" Joseph Willmeno Sr., 77, of Jefferson City, passed away Sunday, September 8, 2019, at SSM St. Mary's Hospital in Jefferson City, surrounded by his loving family. He was born February 20, 1942, in Jefferson City, a son of Leo Manuel and Mamie "Manes" Willmeno. On April 26, 1976, he was united in marriage to Julia Clark in Mission, Kansas. Herbert attended St. Peters School in Jefferson City. He was a mechanic and salvage recycler for many years. He was either fishing down at Cedar Creek or caught watching westerns. His all-time favorite thing was spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife, Julia; sons: Douglas Willmeno (Karen) and Herbert Willmeno Jr.; daughters: Debbie Martin, Judy Wiseman, Julie Willmeno (Alva), Ruby Willmeno, and Dana Willmeno; fourteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and three sisters: Jackie Surface, Jane Backes, Betty O'Neal. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter: Jennifer Willmeno; granddaughter: Azaria Willmeno; brother: James Willmeno; sisters: Bonnie Hoglen, Marilyn Bunch and Jean Bonnot; first wife: Ellen Reinkemeyer and second wife: Sandra Willmeno. Funeral Services will be 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 12, 2019, at Solid Rock Church with Rev. Joe Skiles officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the church.
