Joseph Adamik

Joseph G. Adamik, 49, of Jefferson City, passed away on Monday, November 26, 2018, at his home. He was born on January 3, 1969, in Chicago, Illinois, a son of Tom and Carol (Havlik) Adamik. Joe was a graduate of Carl Sandburg High School in Orland Park, Illinois. He attended the University of Illinois and obtained degrees in Political Science and Economics. Joe was a cabinet builder and carpenter by trade. He was currently employed with Unilever. Joe enjoyed reading, collecting coins, studying maps and assembling models. He loved spending time with his family and will be deeply missed. He is survived by his parents: Tom and Carol Adamik of Branson West; sister: Karen Fisher (Jim) of Holts Summit; brother: Bob Adamik (Laura) of Tebbetts, nieces and nephews: Hannah Adamik, Grayson Adamik, Piper Adamik, and Jacob Fisher. Joe was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents. Friends will be received from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday, November 30, 2018, at Houser-Millard Funeral Directors.
