Betty Jane Beckham

Betty Jane (Bruemmer) Beckham, 83, of Saint Peters, Mo., formerly of Jefferson City, Mo., passed away Wednesday, November 14, 2018, at Delmar Gardens of O'Fallon with her family by her side. She was born November 28, 1934, in Jefferson City, Mo., daughter of the late Frank and Mary Bruemmer. She was united in marriage to the late James "Jim" Alex Beckham on July 30, 1954. Betty and James are survived by three children: Mark (Stephanie), James "Rusty" (Leslie), and Valerie (Stephen) Emery, as well as eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, all of St. Charles County, Mo. Betty is also survived by her brother, Paul "Pete" Bruemmer of Jefferson City, Mo. A private memorial service will be held by the family. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Betty's honor to the American Lung Association, BJC Hospice, or the Fraternal Order of Eagles.
