Mark Allen Lepper, 49, of Jefferson City, Missouri, passed away on Monday, June 26, 2017, due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Miller County. He was born March 21, 1968, in Jefferson City, Missouri, a son of the late Henry and Betty (Berendzen) Lepper. He was a 1986 graduate of Eugene Cole R5 High School in Eugene, Missouri. Mark served in the Missouri Army National Guard and obtained the rank of Sergeant 1st Class - (E7), where he entered on May 7, 1997. He was a Federal Technician and on weekend drills, he was a Motor Vehicle Operator Mechanic. Mark proudly served his country during a Tour in Iraq in 2008. He enjoyed playing golf, riding his Harley-Davidson Motorcycle, and was proud to ride with the Legion Riders and the Patriot Guard. Most of all, he loved his children Brett and Baylee. Mark is survived by his two children: Brett Lepper of Taos and Baylee Lepper of Taos; and four brothers: David Lepper (Rendy) of Eugene; Dan Lepper (Leigh) of Stringtown; James Lepper (Connie) of Eugene; John Lepper (Carmen) of Brazito. He was preceded in death by his parents: Henry and Betty Lepper; and his second parents: Matt and Regina Kempker. Friends will be received from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, June 29, 2017, at the Houser-Millard Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 30, 2017, at the Houser-Millard Funeral Home. Interment with full military honors will follow in the Our Lady of the Snows Cemetery in Mary's Home. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Central Missouri Honor Flight.
