Betty (Vanosdoll) Hoemeke, 92, of Lee's Summit, Mo., died Thursday, January 12, 2017, at Lee's Summit Hospital surrounded by her loved ones. Betty is survived by her daughter, Meta Marie Watson; granddaughter, Nicole Matney; grandsons, Matthew, Michael Watson; great-granddaughters, Mia, Lily, Arya; great-grandsons, Landon, Bennett; and her sister-in-law, Nancy Vanosdoll. Visitation will be Friday, January 20, 2017, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Eldon, Mo., from 9:30-11 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Phillips Funeral Home, 5 S. Oak St., Eldon, MO 65026.
