Shaffer V. Davenport, 75, of Eldon, Mo., passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2017, at his residence in Eldon, Mo. Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Davenport; sons, Stephen Davenport, Marc Davenport; daughter, Darla Byrd; grandchildren, Kyle Davenport, Stephanie Kay, Mya Davenport, Carter Davenport, Dawson Byrd, Alison Byrd; great-grandchildren, Blake Kay, Aubrey Kay, Addy, Nora; several nieces and nephews; and brother, Andrew Davenport. Visitation will be Saturday, January 21, 2017, from 10:30-11:30 a.m. at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO with a Memorial Service beginning at 11:30 a.m. Private Family Interment will be held at the Eldon City Cemetery at a later date.
