Gary Albert Grawe

Gary Albert Grawe, 54, of Jefferson City, passed away Friday, January 6, 2017, at his residence. He was born December 29, 1962, in St. Louis, a son of Arthur B. and Lorraine Mary (Meyer) Grawe. Gary was a graduate of Blair Oaks High School and attended CMU in Warrensburg. He was a self-employed plumber and enjoyed gardening, hunting, the outdoors, horses, motorcycles and wrestling. Gary is survived by his son: Gary Grawe; father: Art Grawe of Taos; siblings: Keith (Julene) Grawe of New Mexico, Kevin Grawe of Jefferson City and Debbie (Jerry) Stegeman of Loose Creek; nieces and nephews: Brian Stegeman, JT Stegeman, Greg Stegeman, Kimberly Stegeman, Chad Stegeman, Dylan Grawe, Tristan Grawe, Isabel Grawe and Jahn Rae Grawe. He was preceded in death by his mother: Lorraine Grawe, on January 28, 2009, and his sister-in-law: Cathy Grawe on April 30, 2014. Friends will be received from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday, Janurary 9, 2017, at Houser-Millard Funeral Directors in Jefferson City. Mass of Christian Bruial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 10, 2017, at St. Francis Xavier Church with Father Greg Meystrik officiating. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery.
