Albert Paul Hudson

Albert Paul "Buddy" Hudson, age 60, of Columbia, passed away Thursday, November 7, 2013, at the University of Columbia Hospital. He was born November 25, 1953, to Dorrie McMillin Hudson, who preceded him in death. On February 8, 1974, he married the love of his life, Lynn, who survives at the home. After graduating from high school in Jefferson City, he moved to Columbia in 1972 where he attended college and worked at the Rusk Rehabilitation Center for many years. Buddy was an amazing man that never let his disabilities keep him from living a full and happy life or keep him from doing the things he loved. He was an avid fisherman and loved cooking and being outdoors. He loved his family and would do anything to help any person in need. Survivors include: brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, nieces, nephews, numerous lifelong friends, and his McMillin cousins who were like brothers and sisters to him. He was preceded in death by one brother, Jim Hoffman. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
