Patrick Ramon Cayce, 49, of Jefferson City, passed away Wednesday, June 26, 2013, at University Hospital in Columbia. He was born November 12, 1963, at Ramey Air Force Base in Borinquen, Puerto Rico. He was a 1982 graduate of Jefferson City High School. Ramon was a veteran of the United States Army. He was an auto detailer, working at M&M Auto and currently Bill West Auto. He had also worked for Chesebrough Ponds and Capital Region Medical Center. He was a member of Quinn Chapel A.M.E. Church, where he proudly served as an usher. Ramon loved cars and enjoyed his work as a detailer. Survivors include his mother, Vivian M. Cayce of Jefferson City; his father, William P. Cayce Sr., (Michelle) of Las Vegas, Nevada; grandmother, Luvenia Washington of Jefferson City; grandfather, Faye Clinton Holt of Jefferson City; four children: DeOngelo Cayce of Phoenix, Arizona, Monesica Cayce of Phoenix, Arizona, Whittley Cayce of St. Louis, Missouri, Michelle Hart of Houston, Texas; three siblings: Wayne Cayce (Lori) of Holts Summit, William Cayce Jr., of Jefferson City, Carole Cayce of Jefferson City; 10 grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends. Friends will be received from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 3, 2013, at the Second Baptist Church, where funeral services with full military honors will be held at 12:00 p.m. with Rev. Cassandra D. Gould officiating. Private family interment will be held. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Quinn Chapel A.M.E. Church.
