Candace Kay Mackey

Candace Kay Mackey, 61, of Jefferson City died, Wednesday, October 24, 2012, at St. Mary's Health Center. She was born July 5, 1951, in Jefferson City, the daughter of Herbert and Mary Jacqueline (Veith) Baysinger. She was a graduate of Jefferson City High School. Candace had worked as a beautician until becoming disabled. She was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church and enjoyed gardening and flowers. She is survived by her father, Herbert Baysinger of Jefferson City; three children: Stephen P. Kenney Jr., of Conway, Arkansas, Shannon Kenney Harvey of Germantown, Tennessee, Blake Alan Mackey of Jefferson City; and five grandchildren: Alex Kenney, Sara Kenney, Riley Harvey, Natalie Harvey and Griffin Harvey. Friends will be received from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Friday, October 26, 2012, at the Houser-Millard Funeral Home, where funeral services will follow at 12:00 p.m. with Rev. Dr. Brian Credille officiating. Private family interment will be held in Riverview Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Cornerstone Baptist Church.
