Madeline Grace Moore

Madeline "Maddie" Grace Moore, age 7, passed away Tuesday, October 30, 2012, surrounded by her parents and sisters in Phoenix, Arizona, after a lifetime of battling seizures and other medical and developmental challenges. Maddie was born on June 3, 2005, in Jefferson City, Missouri, and spent most of her life living in Arizona with her family who loved her greatly. She loved to laugh, splash in water, and listen to music. She will be remembered for her sweetness and hugs of affection. Maddie is survived by her parents: Christopher and Somaly Moore; two sisters: Marissa (age 8) and Elyssa (age 1), of Maricopa, Ariz.; grandparents: Charles and Ann Moore of Lee's Summit, Mo., and Voeu (Henry) Heng of Jefferson City, Mo.; five pairs of aunts and uncles; 14 first cousins; and far too many people to name who had their lives touched by her special presence. She is preceded in death by her grandmother: Kimseang Heng, whom she will be laid to rest next to in Hawthorn Memorial Gardens in Jefferson City. Friends will be received from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Sunday, November 4, 2012, at the Hawthorn Memorial Gardens Chapel, where services will follow at 3:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Hawthorn Memorial Gardens.
