Mary Ann Zerr

Mary Ann Zerr, 87, of Hermann, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, June 14, 2012, at Hermann Area District Hospital. Mary Ann was born in St. Charles, Missouri on October 7, 1924, the daughter of the late Harry and Matilda (Lindemann) Nolle. She was the wife of the late Clarence O. Zerr. They were married November 7, 1948 at St. Peters, Mo. She was a member of St. George Church, Hermann, Missouri, where she was a member of the Ladies Sodality. She was also a member of the Eagles Auxiliary and danced for many years with the Wurstjaeggers. She was a housewife and also helped her husband on the farm. Mary Ann is survived by her children: son, David Zerr and wife Sally of Defiance, Missouri; son, Vernon Zerr and wife JoAnn of Montgomery City, Missouri; son, Donald Zerr of Montgomery City, Missouri; son, Joe Zerr and wife Barb of Hermann, Missouri; daughter, Marie Hunolt and husband Kerry of Hermann, Missouri and son, Tom Zerr and wife Connie of Hermann, Missouri; 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband and a brother, Henry "Bud" Nolle. Visitation will be Sunday 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann, Missouri. Funeral Services will be held at St. George Church, Hermann, Missouri at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 18, with Father Greg Oligschlaeger officiating.
