Dale Siglinger

Dale Siglinger, age 71, of California, passed away Monday, August 20, 2012, at Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City. Dale was born February 19, 1941, in Bridgeport, Nebraska, the son of Duane and Pauline Bradsby Siglinger, both of whom preceded him in death. He attended school at Pierce High School. He was united in marriage November 10, 1961, in Loveland, Colorado, to Judy Ledford, who survives of the home. Dale was a lifelong over-the-road truck driver. After his retirement he drove a school bus in the Clarksburg area for three years and loved all the kids very much. Dale was a member of the Eagles Club #4027 where he loved playing cards with friends. Dale loved spending time with family and friends, but most of all he loved his grandkids and enjoyed every moment he spent with them. He will be sadly missed. Survivors include: His wife Judy of the home; one son, Mark Siglinger with his wife Janice of Greeley Colorado; two daughters, Dina Fischer with her husband Curt of Jefferson City, and Kellie Boyle of Columbia; eight grandchildren; two step- grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two brothers, Paul Siglinger with his wife Marline of Booneville and Donald Siglinger of Cheyenne, Wyoming; one sister, Judy Kendal with her husband Delbert of Estes Park, Colorado. He was preceded in death by one brother, Danny Sigliner, and one sister, Joann Sawyer. Graveside service will be held at the California City Cemetery, Monday, August 27, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. with Bro. Don Dearixon officiating. Memorials are suggested to American Cancer Society, 2413 Hyde Park Rd., Jefferson City, MO 65109.
