Kyle David Robinson

Kyle David Robinson, 23, of Jefferson City, died Friday, August 17, 2012, at St. Mary's Health Center. He was born February 7, 1989, in Fort Myers, Florida. He was currently serving in the Missouri Army National Guard since 2007, attaining the rank of Specialist. He had worked for Cargill, Menu Maker Foods and recently started with the Missouri Department of Corrections. Kyle enjoyed fishing and was a big gun enthusiast. He loved hanging out with his family and friends and listening to his music. He is survived by his father, Shon Robinson and wife Cindy of Perryville; his mother, Sandra Robinson and fiancée Barry Feltmann of Lake Ozark; three daughters: Summer Robinson, Sophia Robinson, Sadie Robinson all of Jefferson City; four brothers: Ryan Robinson of Cherry Point, North Carolina, Tyler Owen of Sebastian, Florida, Andrew Robinson and Shawn Robinson, both of Alaska; paternal grandparents, Raymond and Gloria Robinson of Farmington; and maternal grandparents, Ed and Trudy Pettibone of Burnt Hills, New York. Kyle is also survived by his adopted family: mom and dad, Dennis and Claudine Miller; brother, Cody Miller; sister, Kimberlynn Swopes; and several nieces and nephews who have come to know him as "Uncle Kyle". Friends will be received from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 22, 2012, at the Houser-Millard Funeral Home, where funeral services and military honors will be held at 1:00 p.m. Private family interment will be in Hawthorn Memorial Gardens.
