Regina Beide

Mrs. Regina M. Beide, age 56 years, of Jefferson City, Mo., died Saturday, September 3, 2011, at Heisinger Bluffs. Gina was born on June 17, 1955, in Chicago, Ill., a daughter of Raymond and Dolores Kovalcik Suges. She was married on June 3, 1977, in Austin, Texas, to Bruce D. Beide. She graduated from Thornton Township High School. She also graduated from Southern Illinois University and Lincoln University. Gina was employed as a Computer Information Specialist with the Missouri Dept. of Natural Resources in the State Park Dept. until ill health forced her retirement in 2009. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Church and enjoyed crocheting afghans for the organization, Afghans for Angels. Gina also loved Boston Terriers, especially her Boston Terrier, Sparky. Survivors include: her husband of 34 years, Bruce Beide; one son, Samuel L. Beide of Jefferson City, Mo.; one daughter, Elizabeth R. Beide of Jefferson City, Mo.; her father, Raymond Suges of Wheatfield, Ind.; three brothers, Raymond Suges Jr. of Chicago, Ill., Rock Suges of Oxford, N.C. and Ralph Suges and his wife Rose of Wheatfield, Ind.; two sisters, Rita Ford and her husband Gary of Tonica, Ill., and Rebecca Nicoles of Nashville, Tenn. She was preceded in death by her mother, Dolores Suges. Visitation will be at Freeman Mortuary from 10:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., Saturday, September 10, 2011. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Lostant, Ill. at a later date. Interment will be at the Fairview Cemetery in Tonica, Ill.
