Thelma Honea

Thelma Honea, 85, of Jefferson City, died Wednesday, December 29, 2010, at Villa Marie Nursing Center in Jefferson City. Thelma was the daughter of Joseph and Edith (Pounds) Blake. She is survived by one sister, Norma Jean (Bill) Braucksieker of Holts Summit; one daughter, Phyllis Prothero of Richland, Wash.; one son, David Honea of Maplewood; five grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Services will be Monday, January 3, 2011 at 1 p.m. Visitation will be at 11 a.m. until time of service at the Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home, 220 N. Main St. De Soto, MO 63020.
