Donna Wisdom

Donna Kay Wisdom, age 54, of Jefferson City, formerly of Linn, passed away Monday, October 11, 2010, at University Hospital in Columbia. Donna was born July 26, 1956, in Jefferson City, a daughter to the late William J. and Margaret A. (Otto) Bish. Donna was a graduate of Linn High School. She had worked as a secretary for the Missouri National Guard for over 20 years. Most recently, Donna had worked part-time for Professional Transportation, Inc. On December 7, 1996, Donna was united in marriage to Philip Wisdom in Jefferson City. He survives at the home. Donna was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Jefferson City and enjoyed flowers, cooking, sewing, fishing and playing bingo. In addition to her husband Philip, Donna is survived by: one daughter, Amelia Wilkinson and her significant other, Timothy Hunziger of Bonner Springs, Kan.; three step-daughters, Catlin Wisdom and Keeley Wisdom both of Fulton and Danielle Wisdom of Newark, Texas; two brothers, Glenn and his wife, Kathy Bish of Jefferson City and Larry and his wife, Barb Bish of Taos; one sister, Pattie and her husband, Ralph Simpson of Jefferson City; as well as several nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, October 14, 2010, at Morton Chapel in Linn. A Funeral Mass will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 15, 2010, at St George Catholic Church in Linn with Fr. I.C. Medina officiating. Burial will follow in the St George Church Cemetery.
