Helena Comfort

Helena Darleen Comfort, 67, of Sheridan, Wyo., died Tuesday, October 5, 2010, at her residence. She was born on April 2, 1943, in Lexington, Mo., the daughter of Lewis and Helena (Eaton) Lovick, both of whom preceded her in death. She grew up in Sandy Hook, Mo. and graduated from Jamestown High School. She worked for Central Bank in Jefferson City, Mo. for 38 years until retirement. Darleen moved to Sheridan in 1998. She was a member of Sandy Hook Baptist Church. She was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan and enjoyed most sports. She loved reading and her dogs, Renee and Tootles. She is survived by one brother, Daniel L. Lovick of Sheridan, Wyo.; twin sister, Sharleen Livingston of Sheridan, Wyo.; nephews, Daniel and Eric; nieces, Katie and Helena; one great-niece and one great-nephew. Graveside services will be held on Monday, October 11, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. at California City Cemetery. Officiating will be Pastor Steve Jones. Arrangements are under the direction of Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services, California, Mo.
