Jo Ann Job

Jo Ann Job, age 75, of Kansas City, passed away Sunday, November 28, 2010. Jo Ann was born January 15, 1935, to Ernest and Mary Ann Gangwish in Jefferson City, Mo. She was a woman of great courage, strength and determination sustained by the love of her family. She worked as a legal secretary for Shook, Hardy & Bacon Law firm for over 25 years and leaves many close friends behind. Jo Ann was a member of Holy Family Parish. She was preceded in death by her parents; a grandchild; Madison Marlatt; and a great- grandchild, Connor True. She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Peggy Job; daughter and son- in-law, Kayla and Mick McDonald, daughter and son- in-law, Collette and Jim Bierig; daughter and son-in-law, Colleen and Gary Morgan; daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Kip Hardesty; daughter and son-in-law, Kenna and John Arnold; her 18 grandchildren, Erica, Cole, Callie, Luke, Jessica, Meghan, Kaitlin, Miles, Jenna, Korryn, Jason, Blair, Ashley, McKenzie, Mathew, Cammie, William, Lydia; and seven great- grandchildren. A Catholic Mass will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday, November 30, 2010, at Holy Family Church, Kansas City, Mo. Family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Tuesday at 407 Woodlawn, Jefferson City, Mo. Graveside services will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at Resurrection Cemetery, Jefferson City, Mo.
