Lanna Kay Hall, 49, of Gladstone, Missouri, died Wednesday, January 20, 2010, at her home in Gladstone. She was born August 15, 1960, in Kansas City, Missouri, daughter of J.O. Hall and Marjorie Mae (Johnston) Hall. She graduated from Oak Park High School in Kansas City and attended Northwest Missouri State University. Lanna worked as a customer service representative for Gary Crossley Ford in Liberty, Missouri, and Sprint in Kansas City. She enjoyed shopping, cooking, swimming, tanning and going barefoot. She loved playing with her grandchildren. She is survived by her parents: J.O. and Marjorie Hall of the Lake of the Ozarks; companion: Stephen Judd of Gladstone; one son: Cory John Meyer (Crystal) of Kansas City; one daughter: Brittney Erin Walker (Ben) of Parkville; one step-daughter: Lea Marie Lester (Ryan) of Kansas City; one sister: Lorri Lea Bowles (Larry) of Leawood, Kansas; three grandchildren: Olivia Jane Walker, Jocelyn Grace Meyer, Jackson Cole Brady; and two nephews: Brian and Kevin Riggle. Friends will be received from 11:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Saturday, January 30, 2010, at the Houser-Millard Funeral Home, where funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., with the Rev. Jerry Frye officiating. Interment will follow at Bull Cemetery in Holts Summit. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the charity of the family's choice in care of the funeral home.
