Amy Lynn Luetkemeyer, 27, of St. Elizabeth, passed away Friday, July 30, 2010, at Capital Region Medical Center, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was born September 14, 1982, in Jefferson City, to Clarence W. and Dorothy M. Strope Berhorst. On October 3, 2009, in Westphalia, Amy was united in marriage to Trevor Luetkemeyer. Amy attended St. Joseph's Catholic School and was a 2001 graduate of Fatima High School. She graduated in 2004 from Lincoln University School of Nursing. She was a registered nurse at St. Mary's Health Center. Amy was a previous member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Westphalia and a current member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church in St. Elizabeth. She enjoyed spending time cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family, friends, and her nieces and nephews. She is survived by her husband: Trevor Luetkemeyer; her mother: Dorothy Berhorst of Westphalia; seven brothers: William Berhorst and wife Loretta, Michael Berhorst and wife Donna, Paul Berhorst and wife Tonya, Leon Berhorst and wife Carol, Gary Berhorst and wife Gina, Ron Berhorst and wife Lonnie, Scott Berhorst and wife Paula, all of Westphalia; six sisters: Joyce Boehm and husband Steve of Rich Fountain, Agnes Boehm and husband Bill of Rich Fountain, Karen Kempker and husband Allen of Taos, Susan Rackers and husband Jeff of Wardsville, Judy Roling and husband Travis of Wardsville and Lori Schenewerk and husband Mark of Westphalia; her father-in-law and mother-in-law: Blaine and Jackie Luetkemeyer of St. Elizabeth; two sisters-in-law: Brandy Luetkemeyer of St. Elizabeth and Nikki Hammond and husband Dustin of Meta; and 33 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father: Clarence Berhorst; and two brothers: Patrick and Joseph Berhorst. Friends will be received from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 3, 2010, at the Hilke-Millard Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 4, 2010, at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Westphalia. Interment will follow at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church Cemetery.
