Record rounds for Elder

COLUMBIA, Mo. - Tanner Elder continues to break records on the golf course at the Show-Me State Games.

The Jefferson City native shot a 4-under 66 at the A.L. Gustin Golf Course on Sunday, good for the state record.

Elder went bogey-free in the round to win in the 19-29 age bracket. He also holds the record in the 13-15 age bracket.

On Saturday, Elder and his father, Lester, shot a record 5-under 65 in the father/son alternate shot competition. The pair now hold the record in the 13-15, 16-18 and 19-29 age brackets.
