Prep Volleyball: Blair Oaks tops Eldon

WARDSVILLE - The Blair Oaks Lady Falcons remained unbeaten Tuesday night, defeating the Eldon Lady Mustangs in straight sets 25-7, 25-12.

Allison Maxwell and Alexa Stegemann finished with eight and seven kills, respectively. Sadie Turner had 11 assists, Jayde Peters added 10 assists and Paige Rackers served six aces. Stegemann and Rebecca Schroeder each had four digs.

Blair Oaks (5-0) will travel to California on Thursday.

Blair Oaks also won the JV match 25-1, 25-4, to improve to 11-0 this season.

Mariah Radmacher had a team-high seven kills and Maggie Savage and Morgan Hoecker recorded three and two kills, respectively. Ali Juergensmeyer posted 10 assists and Radmacher, Juergensmeyer and Claire Smith each had five aces.

Calvary tops North Callaway

Calvary Lutheran defeated North Callaway 25-8, 25-6 on Tuesday.

Rebecca Thompson led the Lady Lions with 12 service points, seven assists and five aces.

Katie Goodin paced Calvary with six kills. Olivia Bexten totaled three.

Madelyn Layson led Calvary in digs with four.

Calvary (4-0) heads to Cape Girardeau on Friday for the Dig-for-Life Challenge. The Lady Lions open tournament play against Kennett.

Calvary won the JV match 25-6, 25-5 to improve to 4-0 on the season.
