LAQUEY, Mo. - The Eugene Lady Eagles will play for a district championship.
Eugene, the No. 5 seed, upset top-seeded Stoutland 55-47 Friday night in the semifinals of the Class 2 District 8 Tournament.
The Lady Eagles (15-11) will face Plato at 5 p.m. today in the title game.
The winner will advance to play the winner of District 7 in the sectional round, which will be played at 7:45 p.m. Wednesday at Rackers Fieldhouse.
