SEDALIA, Mo. - The 22-game winning streak for the Tipton Lady Cardinals came to an end Saturday.
The Cole Camp Lady Bluebirds rallied after a slow start and took control in the second half to win 45-34 in the Kaysinger Conference Tournament championship game at State Fair Community College.
Tipton had a 9-0 run in the first quarter to lead 13-5, but were held scoreless in the second quarter to trail 16-13 at halftime.
Cole Camp led 31-22 entering the fourth quarter.
Abby Backes led the Lady Cardinals with 14 points.
Tipton (22-1) will play Tuesday at La Monte.
