St. Elizabeth dropped an 80-58 decision to Licking on Saturday in the Show-Me/Frisco League Challenge at Helias.
St. Elizabeth trailed 20-13 after the frist quarter and 36-24 at halftime, and Licking extended its advantage to 56-36 after three quarters.
The Eagles had their best quarter by score in the fourth, putting up 20, but the Wildcats responded with 28 of their own to seal the win.
Ross Struemph led St. Elizabeth (0-1) in scoring with 19, and Nolan Heckemeyer added 14. The Hornets host Jamestown on Tuesday.
