CHAMOIS, Mo. - The opening eight minutes set the tone as the Chamois Pirates defeated the Tuscumbia Lions 65-36 on Friday in Show-Me Conference play.
The Pirates led 17-1 after the first quarter, 37-17 at halftime and 53-27 after three quarters.
Aaron Brandt paced Chamois with 29 points. Kyle Bockting added 13 points for the Pirates.
Chamois (10-3, 2-1 Show-Me Conference) will compete in the Belle Tournament next week. The Pirates will face Cuba on Monday in the first round.
